This is a high-profile position within our organization, requiring an exceptional leader to manage the entire product lifecycle.

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager with strong technical expertise to oversee the development and execution of our products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation through research and prototyping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage technical discussions with Engineering teams and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Determine product delivery and deployment dates for new releases and maintenance updates.
  • Mentor and lead a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization.
  • Align the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering with the product/business road map.
  • Serve as a liaison on technical issues related to product integration and custom development.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in Product Management, including analyzing software design, development, and deployment.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in technology or a related field.
  • Strong background working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis, etc.
  • Expertise in SDLC & technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems.
  • Coaching & mentoring a team of Product Managers or Product Owners.
  • An SME who performs work with a high degree of latitude; handles complex issues.
  • Possess strong Communication skills, Problem-solving & Analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools.
  • Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional team in a global setup.
  • Life & Annuity Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
