Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing solutions for policy, billing, and claims modules in a comprehensive software platform.

Work on the latest versions of the Example Platform and collaborate with various teams to optimize data usage.

Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business decisions and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across implementations.

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions for policy, billing, and claims modules.
  • Work on the Example Platform versions 6X & 7X.
  • Develop data insights and reports using the software platform, SQL, Snowflake, SSRS/SSIS, and other data transformation techniques.
  • Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and claims teams to optimize data usage.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing phases.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the software platform.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, SSRS/SSIS, and data transformation techniques is required. A good understanding of insurance domain processes, such as underwriting, rating, forms, and rules, is also necessary.

  • Experience with Express, Forms, Rating, Batch Processing, Task Creation, and Address Validation.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

A strong background in software development, especially in insurance domain processes, is desired. Experience working with multiple technologies like SQL, Snowflake, and SSRS/SSIS will be an added advantage.
