Insurance Consultation Scheduler

We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our newly launched division focused on scheduling insurance consultation calls. Our team of over 50 members is rapidly growing, and we're now building a dedicated call center team.
This role involves making outbound calls to warm leads using an automated system. You will follow a pre-defined script, book appointments, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls each day using our automated dialing system.
- Follow established scripts to explain basic information and schedule insurance consultations.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Attend regular team meetings and participate in performance coaching sessions.
- Collaborate closely with your team lead to ensure quality and consistency in all interactions.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English and strong phone etiquette skills.
- Previous experience in call centers or BPO environments is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with customer service or outbound calling environments.
