Job Opportunity: Mobile Tester

Role Overview: Senior Mobile Tester will define testing scope within each release/delivery context.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide status updates to Test Lead/Manager
  2. Support testing team
  3. Collaborate with BA's, functional lead, and Development team
  4. Contribute to test planning and manage testing effort for releases
  5. Design test scenarios and cases
  6. Track and report bugs
  7. Coordinate defect resolution

Main Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce domain with expertise in mobile and web testing
  • API testing experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC phases and methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
  • Proficient in writing/executing test plans/test cases in structured environments
  • Hands-on experience in Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, and Regression Testing
  • Ability to identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, and create test plans
  • Experience with Jira and Agile-driven projects
  • Good to have experience in performance testing and Firebase Analytics
  • Advantageous to have experience in mobile testing tools
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Implement effective managerial and testing techniques
  • Ability to interact with technical teams to convert functional requirements to test specs
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience in preparing test data, creating test cases, and executing tests
