As a strategic partner to our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving key initiatives and optimizing operations for our D2C beauty brand.

Key responsibilities include market analysis, new revenue stream identification, event planning, and relationship building across the organization, all while maintaining strategic alignment and high-level project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Support & Planning: Collaborate with our founder and leadership team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, set goals, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Project Management: Oversee and drive key strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth within the beauty tech or retail space.
  • Communication & Alignment: Serve as a communication conduit between executives, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow.
  • Market & Product Strategy: Conduct market research to inform product positioning and competitiveness, and identify new revenue streams for the beauty brand.
