Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting internal and external audits, assessing risk management processes, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit Execution: Conduct thorough and independent audits of various departments and functions to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and operational procedures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare clear and concise audit reports with findings, analysis, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with management and other departments to resolve issues identified during audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with changes in auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements to maintain expertise and provide guidance to the team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CA, or CIA certification preferred).
  • Experience: 9-10 years of experience in auditing, risk management, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex business risks.
    • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, MS Word, and other relevant tools.
