Talent Manager Role

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing relationships with influencers to drive successful campaigns and partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and onboarding influencers across various social media platforms who align with our objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with influencers, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination.
  • Collaborating with account managers and clients to develop influencer marketing strategies that meet brand objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding influencer partnerships and sponsored content.

You will work closely with internal teams to deliver impactful influencer-led initiatives.
