Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead our quality assurance and control processes for real estate development projects. This role will ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality construction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, identifying defects, deviations, or non-compliances.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues, review and approve construction documents, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards, leading and training QA/QC team members.
  • Manage and maintain quality records and documentation, coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Key Qualifications

  • 20 years of experience in QA/QC roles in real estate or construction is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards is required.
  • Professional certifications like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or CQM are a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
