About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting & Reporting:">
    • ">
    • Handle end-to-end accounting processes, including P2P, R2R, and O2C for respective business units (BUs).">
    • Responsible for completion of accurate and timely monthly financial close.">
    • Compliance with GAAP (Ind-AS), enforce company accounting policies, practices, and internal controls, and ensure consistency in accounting.">
    • Delivery of accurate books of accounts - profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.">

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:">
    • ">
    • Support specific BUs with end-to-end finance operational support.">
    • Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability for the specific BU.">
    • Provide timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of results.">
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities to drive strategic decision-making.">

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:">
    • ">
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.">
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.">

    • Knowledge of nodal account, payment gateway reconciliations, e-commerce transactions.">

We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented individual with impeccable integrity and proficiency in financial modeling, accounting, and reporting software.

The ideal candidate will have start-up experience and scaling up a start-up through Series-A, Series-B funding efforts preferred.
