Strategic Engineering Leader

A visionary professional is required to drive the engineering functions across all resorts. This role involves developing and standardizing engineering best practices, leading capital expenditure initiatives, and setting benchmarks for property-level engineering teams.

Engineering Leadership
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal functioning of MEP systems.
  • Coordinate with resort teams to resolve issues swiftly and ensure guest satisfaction on facility standards.
Energy Efficiency & Sustainability
  • Drive energy conservation initiatives to reduce energy consumption.
  • Implement sustainable practices aligned with global hospitality standards.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties through regular audits and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Conduct safety inspections to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Team Development & Management
  • Recruit, train, and mentor engineering teams to promote a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and competencies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management preferred.
  • 15+ years in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership.

  • Energy consumption reduction.

  • Guest satisfaction on facility standards.
  • Timely and budget-aligned project delivery.
  • Engineering team retention and development.

Requirements: Due to the nature of this position, we require applicants to have prior experience in senior leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
