Job Title: Head of Production

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical expertise in the apparel manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in high-volume production and a proven track record of achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

The Production Head will support the Factory Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the apparel manufacturing unit. This includes overseeing end-to-end operations across production, quality, maintenance, and material flow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving daily, weekly, and monthly production target achievement in alignment with customer orders and business commitments.
  • Monitoring line-wise productivity and taking timely corrective measures to address shortfalls.
  • Supporting capacity planning and scheduling to ensure optimal resource utilization.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech / B.E. (Textile / Garment Technology) or equivalent qualification. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO quality systems is an advantage.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Factory Manager.
