The Site Safety officer must demonstrate the ability to build trust and confidence with the Operations Team and influence change through providing comprehensive risk assessments and safety data analysis.
This role is open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Safety Specialist, Safety Coordinators, and Onsite first aid Associates to ensure they are executing to the core competencies of an Amazon safety professional.
- Create and execute leadership development plans for their Safety Associates on their team.
- Communicate safety team expectations and give frequent and appropriate feedback to their safety teams.
To be successful in this role, you should have 3+ years previous experience in Environment, Health & Safety or ME in Industrial Safety Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field required, and experience managing multiple direct reports.
Prior experience in Distribution Center or Manufacturing Safety, preferably with mix of exempt and non-exempt employees at a site of at least 200 people, would be highly beneficial.
Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1200000 - ₹1800000.
