Global Workday Platform Strategist

The successful candidate will be a key member of the global HR People Analytics Team responsible for implementing, adopting, and enhancing our global Workday platform.
Specializing in one of three functional areas: Reward, Talent, or Core HR, you will act as the primary liaison between end-users, Centre of Excellence teams, and people analytics teams to ensure business needs are met while ensuring product capabilities and innovation roadmap is understood.
You will:
- Become a subject matter expert in your designated Workday functional area, developing a deep understanding of the system's capabilities and how they align with our HR processes and strategic goals.
- Configure and maintain Workday within your functional area to meet evolving business requirements, including input into business process configuration, end-user experience configuration, security administration, reporting and analytics, data integrity and maintenance, and release management.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders, business leaders, and IT Workday teams to gather requirements, prioritize needs, and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage Workday to improve HR processes, enhance employee experience, and drive business value.
- Champion adoption of Workday within your functional area, developing and delivering training materials and support resources to end-users.
