Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team as a Global Workday Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of our global Workday platform.

As one of three Global HR Workday Product Owners, you will specialize in one of three key functional areas: Reward, Talent, or Core HR. You will act as the primary liaison between the end users, the global Centre of Excellence teams and the global people analytics team to ensure the needs of the business are fully understood and met.

You will work alongside a counterpart in the global IT services team to optimize the system, manage new releases and features, identify opportunities for innovation, and drive user adoption.

During deployment phases, you will work closely with the central HR transformation team, the global Centre of Excellence teams and the country HR teams to ensure the product is understood and implemented in the best possible way.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Becoming a subject matter expert in your designated Workday functional area (Rewards, Talent, or Core HR)
  • Configuring and maintaining Workday within your functional area to meet evolving business requirements
  • Releasing new upgrades and enhancements in collaboration with IT
  • Collaborating with HR stakeholders, business leaders, and the IT Workday team to gather requirements and prioritize needs
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage Workday to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience
  • Championing the adoption of Workday within your functional area and developing training materials and support resources
