We are seeking a seasoned Trade Executive to oversee all export import operations, manage EXIM document processing, and facilitate banking LC opening and tracking of non-fund based limits for import.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor all export import shipments
  • Process EXIM documents and open banking LCs
  • Track non-fund based limits for import
  • Closure of EBRCs and LC administration for export
  • Compliance with licenses, banking regulations, DGFT, and customs requirements
  • Effective handling of various INCOTERMS such as FOB, CIF, DDP, DDU, Demurrage, Detention, etc.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with leading shipping forwarders and lines for preferred rates
  • Regularly update and communicate with customers on shipment status, documentation, and payments
  • Liaise with stakeholders including inland ports, CHA, transporters, banks, marketing, purchase, and plant teams
  • Provide analysis and escalate key points on export reports
  • Timely processing of EXIM bills and month-end provisions
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and follow-up abilities
  • Familiarity with budget management, international trade, and taxation principles
  • Able to comprehend and organize shipment processes efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • ERP experience is a plus
