We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Research Consultant. In this role, you will play a key part in helping us drive business impact through innovative insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-impact solutions in strategy consulting and advisory within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. You will be responsible for defining problem statements, designing optimal research approaches, structuring and presenting data using relevant frameworks, and arriving at key messages highlighting results for executive leadership consumption.

Your responsibilities will also include presenting research results to clients, handling client queries, actively participating and contributing in team discussions on project areas, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic reports and executive-level presentations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of primary market research, the ability to apply advanced analytical models and strategic frameworks for data synthesis, trend identification, and triangulation of insights. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a focus on active listening, stakeholder engagement, and team synergy. You should also be highly organized and time-conscious, with a consistent ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
