**System Administrator Role Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our IT team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and user account lifecycle. They will also administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS, desktops, and enterprise applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and user account lifecycle
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS, desktops, and enterprise applications
  • Implement IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies
  • Support networking, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices
  • Collaborate with teams to enable automation, bots, and AI-driven tools
  • Ensure high availability of IT infrastructure, minimizing downtime and enabling business continuity

**Qualifications:**

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS)
  • Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation is a plus
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, email management, and user support
  • Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to grow into AI and automation domains
