Job Overview
  • We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead this endeavor, overseeing the development of comprehensive workforce strategies that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver actionable insights and analytics support to the HR function, focusing on people metrics, reporting, advanced & predictive analytics.
  • Cultivate and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data utilizing R, Python, and other analytical tools.
  • Communicate findings to senior management through formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A seasoned professional with hands-on experience in HR databases and systems, designing and building workforce-related reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Proven track record in an analytics environment, preferably within HR, including financial planning regarding workforce costs.
  • Proficient in developing, owning, and optimizing statistical models, forecasting plans & HR reports to drive meaningful business results.
  • Skilled in interpreting HR data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends, as well as factors that could affect the results.
