BPM Analyst: Accelerate Digital Transformation

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with banking stakeholders to capture requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and solution requirements.
  • Bridge the gap between business teams and Appian developers.
  • Participate in discovery workshops, design sessions, and UAT planning.
  • IDentify process improvements and digitisation opportunities aligned to banking best practice.
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met in delivery.
