Leading HCM Solution Architect

Job Title: Strategic HCM Leadership Role

• The incumbent will lead a team of Oracle HCM support analysts, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Manage and mentor a team to ensure timely resolution of all Oracle HCM system incidents, cases and requests.

• Oversee regular system maintenance activities related to quarterly releases and configuration changes, minimizing disruptions.

• Lead the planning and implementation of system enhancements and projects to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience.

• Serve as the point of contact for Oracle and Boomi support, managing relationships and escalations.

• Provide high-level support to end-users, including training and communication on system changes and new features.

• Manages and ensures optimal operations of all applications.

• Align HCM support strategies with the overall business goals and objectives.

• Provide decisions and problem-solving guided by policies, procedures, and business plan.

• Accountable for the performance and results of the offshore Technical HCM team.

• Act as tier 2 support for Oracle Cloud and Boomi application issues.

• Provide subject matter expertise related to application build and functionality of systems.

• Analyze business process strength, weakness, inefficiencies, and risks to determine appropriate process and system design.

• Responsible and accountable for new design specifications, gathering requirements, development and management of HCM solutions as per business requirements.

• Recommends and architects global data solutions.

• Provide end-user support, communicate standard processes and best practices.

• Commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in Oracle HCM Cloud and related technologies.

• Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders to define, implement, and support system interfaces.

• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.

• Ability to share knowledge, coach, and train other colleagues with less experience.

• At least 4 or more years of Oracle HCM techno-functional experience required preferably for a large global company as an analyst.
• Bachelors degree with at least 10 or more years of technology or industry experience required.
• At least 6 or more years of Oracle HCM experience required preferably for a large global company.
• 2+ year s managing an Oracle Support team.
• Oracle Technical support experience.
• Ability to manage direct and indirect resources.
• Proven ability to influence, lead teams, and drive change.
• Experience with Oracle technologies like Approval Workflows, Page Composer, Sandbox, HCM Design studio, Flexfields, Autocomplete rules, Fast Formulas, HDL, Quarterly updates, CWB patches etc.
• Strong technical skills in HCM System extracts, API Connectors, Reporting & analytics, designing system solutions and documentation standards.
• Understanding of HCM Cloud modules necessary to accurately interpret requirements and design effective solutions. This includes expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Compensation, and other relevant areas to ensure solutions align with business needs and processes.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their integration with HCM solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills while working with SMEs, and business users/stakeholders including senior management to drive business analysis/user requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud HCM Certification.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s).
• Experience with other technologies (example Boomi) and systems.
• Project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices.
• Knowledge of Oracle AI concepts.
