Job Overview:

This role is responsible for collecting and processing payroll data, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.

About the Role:

  • You will collect and verify payroll data, including earnings and deductions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage third-party administrators/vendors sending payroll deductions and earnings.
  • Audit and validate time data against predefined quality audits and defensive queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collect payroll inputs on the schedule set forth in the Payroll Calendar through Workday or Alight Worklife.
  2. Make appropriate updates to the employee's records for purposes of payment processing.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of payroll experience in the global region with knowledge of multi-country payroll processing.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll regulatory requirements for countries in the region.
  • Able to deal with sensitive and confidential data and issues.
  • Problem-solving skills and strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with global payroll processing platforms.
  • More than two countries' experiences are required.
