Incident Response Leader

Our organization is committed to delivering exceptional cybersecurity services, and as an Incident Commander, you will play a pivotal role in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and mitigate potential security threats, ensuring the continuity of our operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective incident response strategies.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to design and deploy robust security systems, guaranteeing seamless operation from pilot phase to full-scale production.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by prioritizing their needs, leveraging pivotal metrics, and implementing a systematic approach.

Leadership and Ownership:

As an Incident Commander, you will lead response initiatives, demonstrate leadership, and foster seamless coordination with global teams. You will leverage your technical foundation to assess, prioritize, and oversee incidents effectively, collaborate with premier technical teams, and engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent military experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in customer-facing functions, including support, success, product, or service delivery roles.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience handling significant incidents and escalations in a 24/7/365 environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, including general routing/switching/security for branch and data center architectures.
  • Expertise in Remote Access VPN solutions, including IPSEC, PKI, and SSL.
  • Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks products is highly advantageous.
