Performance Marketing Specialist

Are you passionate about driving results through digital marketing? As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across various platforms.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing EdTech brand, where you will have full ownership of performance campaigns that directly influence student acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, media buying, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media plans to drive measurable results
  • Prepare and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel
