Job Overview

This is a pivotal role that will drive the development and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies, cultivating strong relationships with suppliers to unlock value and mitigate risk.

  • The Senior Manager, Marketing Procurement Solutions will be responsible for leading high-value and complex sourcing projects, leveraging advanced industry insights to inform procurement decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will have a proven track record of driving process improvements and embedding new systems within the organization.

  • A key aspect of this role will be to build and maintain a deep understanding of the company's global value chain, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as the Senior Manager will be responsible for preparing and soliciting competitive bids, quotations, and proposals, and communicating decisions externally.

The successful candidate will also be skilled in project management, with the ability to oversee complex projects from end-to-end, including sourcing events, should cost assessments, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities
  • To implement effective procurement-wide and category-specific continuous improvement initiatives, championing process improvements and recommending new ways of working to improve processes and embed new systems.
  • Support supplier management tasks for select categories and suppliers, analyzing contracts to generate insights for category leads and leadership.
