Quality Assurance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our SaaS applications.

  • Perform functional and manual testing for web-based SaaS applications.
  • Write and execute test cases, create and maintain test documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional and Manual Testing: Perform thorough testing of web-based SaaS applications to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Test Case Development: Write and execute test cases, creating detailed documentation for each test.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of QA/testing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Manual Testing Principles: Strong understanding of manual testing principles and functional testing.
  • SQL Knowledge: Working knowledge of SQL and database validations.
  • Automation Frameworks: Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
  • AI/ML Understanding: Understanding of AI/ML-based workflows in applications.
