- Disbursements Targets: Meet or exceed monthly disbursement targets while ensuring efficient processing and timely delivery of loans.
- Business Clusters: Identify high-potential business clusters and develop effective penetration strategies to expand our customer base.
- Branch Profitability: Monitor and improve branch profitability through targeted initiatives and portfolio management.
- Bonus and Cross-Sell: Meet business targets, including fee income and cross-sell goals, to maximize revenue.
- Talent Development: Mentor and develop your team members, creating opportunities for career growth and advancement.
- Competition Monitoring: Stay informed about market developments, new products, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- X Bucket Collection: Effectively manage X bucket collection and overall portfolio quality to minimize risk.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in banking or finance.
- An MBA or PGDM degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
