Main Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Design: Collaborate with industry leaders and mentors to design the curriculum and ensure it is on track.
  • Program Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, marketing, to deliver a seamless student experience.
  • Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring a delightful student experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure quality progress of students.
  • Event Organization: Organize events and initiatives at campus to enhance student involvement.
  • Student Engagement: Promote student engagement by encouraging active participation in clubs and campus activities.
Requirements:
  • MBA Degree: An MBA degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience managing internal/external stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Program Management Experience: Experience in Program Management is highly valued.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with students/employees, faculty/mentors, and external partners.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and project management skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
