  • Manage Tally updates, vendor payments, bank statements, and reconciliations.
  • Implement internal controls to minimize discrepancies and financial risks.
  • Supervise vendor payment sheets and ensure error-free payouts.
  • Ensure structured tracking and compliance for TDS, TCS, GST filings, and other statutory obligations.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement automation in payment workflows, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Streamline data handling, invoice tracking, and revenue recognition processes.
  • Improve efficiency in expense tracking, petty cash management, and credit card reconciliations.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Work closely with the CA firm to ensure timely GST filings, TDS adjustments, and ITR preparation.
  • Oversee bank sheet preparation, UTR verification, and commission invoicing.
  • Verify and finalize MIS reports (purchases, expenses, commissions) before submission.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor two Finance Associates, ensuring accountability and structured execution.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and procurement teams to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Monitor customer refunds, invoice checks, and dispatch tracker verification.
  • Assist in MIS reporting and investor data tracking.
