Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Contract Management team in executing complex deals and ensuring seamless contracting processes.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have strong contract administration experience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • They will be responsible for creating, validating, and processing contract documentation using standard templates, ensuring policy compliance and mitigating corporate risk.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills will be essential in liaising with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • The successful candidate will set the overall direction for managed deals and ensure their successful execution.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Create and manage complex contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  2. Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate discussion and agreement on contracting terms.
  3. Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to drive business growth and minimize risk.
  4. Analyze and resolve contract-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
