Job Title:

Strategic Business Development Lead


Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive business growth in government sectors.


Drive revenue expansion through effective sales strategies, market research, and contract negotiations.


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.


Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with government policies and regulations.


Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for hardware infrastructure and industry infrastructure projects.


Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring high conversion rates.


Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within budget.


Oversee bidding processes, respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and ensure compliance with regulations.


Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.


Work with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.


Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CCTV surveillance projects, Smart City Projects, Hardware & Networking, LAN setup, and basic data center setups, including firewalls and switches in Government sector.


The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and have a strong technical background in the relevant fields.


A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.


Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Government sales and project management within the hardware and infrastructure as industry as concern.


Strong technical background in CCTV surveillance, Hardware & Networking, data center infrastructure, and @ICT projects.


Strong sales and negotiation skills.


Proficient in project management and organizational abilities.


Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
