Executive Packaging Management Position

Our company is seeking a seasoned Packaging Operations Manager to lead our team in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily operations for assigned areas, maintaining adherence to employee safety and product quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with products, guaranteeing compliance with customer specifications.
- Mentor production workers, participating in their selection and training, while fostering a positive work environment.
- Support departmental budgets, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of team development.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Previous experience as a team leader in a production environment or demonstrated ability in a skilled operative position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in Engineering with 3 years of experience in packaging line management.
- Good exposure to handling packaging sections from FMCG industries.
