Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager who will lead our clients through the implementation of R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent writing abilities, and hands-on experience with audit management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance programs from the ground up, including gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit preparation.
  • Create clear, audit-ready documentation tailored for clients.
  • Guide clients through closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems.
  • Collaborate with our strategy team on timelines and project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or a related field.
  • ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in compliance management.
