The role of a Compliance Specialist is pivotal in ensuring adherence to taxation regulations, particularly focusing on Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and Income Tax Return (ITR) compliance.

This includes overseeing all aspects of GST compliance, staying updated on changes in laws and regulations, conducting periodic reviews and audits, and providing guidance and training to internal teams. Additionally, the Compliance Specialist will manage TDS compliance processes, ensure timely and accurate filing of ITRs, and collaborate with tax consultants or legal advisors to address complex tax issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex tax provisions and regulations. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
