We're transitioning from a legacy ERP system to a cutting-edge, integrated solution built within Zoho One.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring Zoho's suite of business applications, including Books, Inventory, and Creator. They'll work closely with our team to ensure a seamless migration from our legacy system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, AR/AP, inventory, cylinder tracking/management, and customer management.
  • Migrate customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as appropriate to fit our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (payment gateways, e-commerce, logistics) as necessary.

We're seeking an expert who can effectively lead the technical setup, configuration, and optimization of our new ERP environment in Zoho.

Requirements:
  • Proven Zoho One implementation experience, especially Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Skilled in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable collaborating remotely with our team using tools like Loom, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
