AI Engineering Leader Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced AI leader to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge finance technology. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for architecting and building the core AI platform powering our finance and accounting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and productionize large-scale language models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
  • Define and enforce best practices for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation.
  • Mentor and grow a team of AI engineers, guiding technical design reviews and code quality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable AI solutions.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in leading AI/ML projects, preferably in finance or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in LLMs, including knowledge of code generation and prompting techniques.
  • Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, including APIs and relational databases.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
