Gen AI Architect Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Architect to lead the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative AI applications that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in Gen AI application development, domain model fine-tuning, LLMOps, data engineering, and AI-ready cybersecurity.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and develop strategies for implementation.

Your expertise will include developing high-quality Gen AI applications using Python and various development tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangFlow, Langgraph, LangSmith, Flowise.

Familiarity with RAG techniques and vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant is required.

Prior experience with knowledge graphs, FastAPI, Streamlit, Gradio is preferred.

In addition, you will be responsible for fine-tuning domain models using Python and libraries like Data Engineering and OSS LLMs (Llama2, Mixtral, GPT-Neo, GPT-J).

Experience with tokenization frameworks like SentencePiece and Hugging Face Tokenizers, and fine-tuning frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers and PyTorch Lightning is essential.

Knowledge of datasets like HuggingFace Datasets and TensorFlow Datasets is necessary.

You will also design and implement scalable infrastructure using DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions.

Monitor and manage LLMOps using Ray, SeldonCore, MLFlow, MLServer, Triton, BentoML, Prometheus, Grafana.

Process and manage data using Python, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, AWS S3, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Delta Lake.

Automate workflows using Apache Airflow, dbt, Apache NiFi, Fivetran, Airbyte, Great Expectations.

Catalog data using Amundsen, Collibra, Alation.

Analyze threats using AI-Specific Threat Modeling Tools, Secure ML Pipeline Tools, API Security Tools.

Prevent attacks using AI Security Monitoring Tools, Prompt Injection Prevention Libraries, Adversarial Example Detection Libraries.

Implement ethics and fairness using AI Ethics Frameworks and Tools, Bias Detection and Mitigation Tools, Fairness Metrics Libraries.

Maintain privacy and security using Privacy-Preserving Machine Learning Libraries, Robustness and Security Tools.

Ensure transparency and governance using Model Interpretability Libraries, AI Governance Frameworks and Tools.

Evaluate model performance using metrics like Bleu, Rouge, Perplexity, BERT-Score etc.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of programming languages like Python.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is preferred.
  • 8-15 years of experience in Gen AI application development, domain model fine-tuning, LLMOps, data engineering, and AI-ready cybersecurity.
