Job Description

This is a cloud support engineer role that involves providing technical assistance to customers and ensuring the smooth operation of cloud-based systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to cloud-based systems and applications.
  • Cloud System Administration: Administer and manage cloud-based systems and applications, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development and engineering teams, to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field; minimum 3 years of IT customer service experience; and strong customer focus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Ansible, Jenkins, container technology (Docker/Kubernetes), and PowerShell; experience with RedHat, Amazon Linux, and Windows systems.
  • Cloud Technologies: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with cloud technologies on AWS, including familiarity with cloud platforms and services, and strong understanding of containerization and orchestration techniques.
