Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

This leadership role will drive strategic workforce planning, ensuring that the organization continues to attract and retain top talent in the industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy & Leadership
  • Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership and business heads to understand workforce needs and future hiring demands.
  • Build and lead a high-performing TA team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Recruitment & Workforce Planning
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for leadership, managerial, and operational roles across business verticals.
  • Implement structured workforce planning and succession pipelines for critical roles.
  • Leverage data and analytics for proactive hiring and forecasting.
  • Employer Branding
  • Position the organization as an employer of choice in real estate, hospitality, and wellness sectors.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and networking forums.
  • Candidate Experience & Process Excellence
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Develop metrics to measure recruitment efficiency, time-to-hire, and quality-of-hire.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or large-scale manpower-driven industries.
  • Proven track record of scaling talent acquisition functions for rapidly growing organizations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
