About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Director to lead our creative team and oversee the development of high-quality visual content across all mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creative output of our agency, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in design.
  • Conceptualize and execute high-quality creative assets that resonate with real estate audiences.
  • Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and real estate marketing practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, photographers, and external vendors to deliver seamless creative solutions.
  • Review, guide, and approve final artwork before release.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
  • Experience in real estate or lifestyle branding preferred.
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
