Creative Strategy and Direction:

  • Lead client campaigns across print, digital, and social media.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, planners, and client servicing teams.

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide junior designers, visualizers, and art directors.
  • Review and refine creative outputs to maintain quality and consistency.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in advertising/design (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong skills in conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and emerging tools.
  • Deep understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, and integrated campaigns.
