  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies, applying innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills to drive growth and success.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • 2-5 years of professional design experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms, highlighting creativity and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools, with a solid understanding of design principles and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design decisions effectively, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
