Seeking a creative and innovative UI/UX Design Lead to spearhead the design of engaging user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in B2C UI/UX design, with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logic, and SEO principles.

The role requires exceptional time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, strong attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will be proficient in prototyping, wireframing, visual design, and user research, with experience in leading and fostering creativity within a design team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Vision: Develop and implement intuitive designs through research, competitor analysis, and understanding of technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives.
  • Design Creation: Create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas for new features and projects.
  • Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, competitor products, and industry standards to incorporate best practices into the design process.
  • UI/UX Audits & Testing: Perform regular audits and user tests to improve and optimize existing designs, ensuring continuous improvement in user experiences.
  • Maintain Design Systems: Establish and manage comprehensive user-interface patterns and specifications, ensuring consistency and coherence across all designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in the B2C sector.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logic, and SEO principles.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, visual design, and user research.
