HVAC Design Manager

As a senior HVAC design manager, you will play a key role in creating innovative and sustainable building systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in designing HVAC systems for high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop HVAC systems that meet the needs of clients and ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver architectural and engineering design services.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to propose new products, technologies, and design improvements.
  • Provide techno-commercial evaluation of various options and make recommendations.
  • Develop energy-saving and environmentally friendly designs and products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years of experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit software.
Additional Tasks
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
  • Communicate and coordinate with teams and departments to facilitate architectural and engineering design services.
