Job Title: Supply Chain Management Specialist

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead business analysis and requirements gathering with non-technical stakeholders to develop solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements, refining them into actionable items for project teams and developers.
  • Configure Oracle SCM applications, including Inventory, Product Data Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping, and Transportation Management.
  • Conduct functional analysis, application gap analysis, and prepare design documentation, including use cases, scope documents, and business process mapping.
  • Support business users by clarifying requirements and validating feasibility of user requests against system capabilities.
  • Provide expert data analysis using SQL queries to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure security and compliance with company policies for confidential information.
  • Research and implement innovative SCM technology solutions to drive business value.
  • Lead or mentor functional/technical teams as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain processes and Oracle Cloud framework.
  • Hands-on experience with full lifecycle implementations of Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and Demand & Supply Planning.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing or leading teams is a plus.
