Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • To develop capabilities in digital engineering domains for platform teams and ensure future readiness through continuous technological advancements.
  • Capacity Planning: Ensure the capacity of parts related to commodities for common suppliers serving multiple platforms.
  • Process and System Optimization: Improve processes and systems through digitization, IT enablement, analytics, etc.
  • Create domain expertise in commodities to support project delivery.
  • SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Manage relationships with suppliers.
  • Platform Support: Provide support for target platforms.
  • Manning Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation to deliver business objectives.
  • Solution Provider: Provide solutions in conflicting situations.
  • Debottlenecking: Resolve system functional interface conflicts faced by the delivery team.
  • Coordination: Ensure proper coordination between multiple platform teams while interacting with a common supplier.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project planning for VOB, RFQ, Quote Synthesis, etc.
  • Get components developed by suppliers within time, cost, and quality objectives set post VOB.
  • Deliver on targets as per platform requirements.
  • Meet project targets for builds in line with project plans.
  • Meet project targets for projects, ensuring process adherence.
  • Ensure the capacity of parts related to scope.
  • Involve in project feasibility studies.
  • Closure of projects till handover.
  • Support the platform to meet business deliverables.
