Job Title: Finance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing comprehensive financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and sophisticated financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze intricate financial statements, management information system (MIS) reports, and executive dashboards.

• Financial Modelling: Develop and implement robust financial models and conduct in-depth ratio analysis to inform strategic decision-making and fundraising activities.

• Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), Feasibility Studies, and Cash Flow Projections: Prepare thorough DPRs, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections to support informed business decisions.

• Taxation & Compliance: Manage direct tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.

• Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring seamless execution.

• Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions, providing expert insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is required.

• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory, with a strong focus on analytical skills and industry knowledge.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance is essential.
