Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join our team. As a Finance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in financial operations, assist in transactional processes, and support reporting and compliance activities.

You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while learning how data informs decision-making across the organization. We provide an excellent opportunity to build practical skills in finance, work closely with experienced professionals, and develop a strong foundation for a career in financial management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recording and checking day-to-day financial transactions, preparing basic financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, maintaining financial trackers and spreadsheets, working with teams to provide simple reports and updates, assisting with accounts payable and receivable entries, supporting month-end closing activities like reconciliations and documentation, providing data for tax filings and audits when needed, creating simple dashboards, presentations, and summaries for internal use, and contributing to small process improvement tasks and ad-hoc finance projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
