Impact Hub Vision:

The Impact Hub aims to be a credible and reputed M&E and Knowledge centre for the livelihood ecosystem. We conduct high-quality evaluations and research while being the Impact measurement and Management function for all T/NIs programs internally.

We participate and partner with the best-in-class organisations and create knowledge products to generate actionable insights, with a particular focus on evaluations and action research.

We root ourselves in field realities and continuously adapt to the ever-evolving ecosystem.


Responsibilities:

• Develop an impact assessment framework for programs

• Define monitoring and evaluation frameworks for each program, including metrics and data collection drivers

• Drive evaluation, including third-party and multi-player evaluation, for a deep understanding of outcomes and generating insights to refine/enhance work on the ground

• Provide access to external data sets and impact information, integrating them with our data and knowledge for learning and insights

• Be an integral member of a team that influences the impact evaluation space through a deep understanding of the practitioners' perspective


Requirements:

• Master's degree, preferably in developmental studies, public policy, or rural development

• 7-12 years of experience in the development sector, ideally with 2+ years in India or developing countries, and experience in incubation support, impact investing, or government engagement

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, experience with complex datasets, and building analytical frameworks

• Ability to apply theoretical frameworks to practical situations

• Experience in creating tools and managing on-field data collection

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment

• Proven experience in training and offering technical guidance to junior team members

• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

• Strong desire to make a difference and passion for solving hard problems

• Knowledge of Kannada is strongly preferred
