Job Description

We are seeking an experienced payroll expert to lead end-to-end payroll operations for our large-scale workforce across multiple entities and payroll systems.

  • Manage a team of employees ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Lead multi-payroll platforms, integrations with HRMS, time & attendance and statutory compliance systems.
  • Oversee compliance with all statutory laws related to payroll.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HRBP, Operations and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing payroll operations for large-scale workforces.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and improve processes.
