Job Title: Senior Transportation Management Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Transportation Management Consultant.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) along with a sound understanding of transportation and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze logistics processes, and design effective OTM-based solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and implement various OTM modules covering order management, planning, execution, visibility, and settlement.
  • Conduct workshops, end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective use of OTM functionalities.
  • Prepare and maintain technical specifications, design documents, test plans, and implementation guides.
  • Perform system configurations, data mapping, and integration of OTM with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OTM-related issues, including performance tuning and bug fixes.
  • Stay updated with OTM product developments and industry trends to suggest process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
  • OTM Configuration & Customization Including order management, planning, execution, and settlement
  • SQL / PL-SQL For writing queries, data mapping, and backend support
  • Java / XSLT For OTM customizations and integration components
  • Web Services (SOAP/REST) For system integration
  • ERP Systems Integration Especially Oracle EBS / Fusion
  • Cloud Technologies Experience in On-Premises to Cloud migration
  • Reporting Tools Oracle BI Publisher or similar
  • Ticketing & Project Tools JIRA, ServiceNow (optional but preferred)
